Shipping and return policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders within the Peninsula and Portugal within 24 hours from the date your order is accepted or within 48 hours during exceptionally busy periods such as sales periods or Christmas, however , these are estimates only and we do not guarantee delivery within these timeframes.
Orders must be placed before 2pm for next day delivery.
Peppo and Pets insures each purchased item for the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Once the goods have been delivered, the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient that is not you for delivery purposes (for example for a gift), then you accept that Peppo and Pets send it to the indicated address, transferring responsibility in the same way.

Free -1-2 business days* delivery via a recognized logistics company for all orders.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: NOT MADE
Shipments to the rest of the European Union: NOT MADE
Shipments outside the European Union: NOT MADE
Next business day delivery* is made between 9 am and 6 pm via a recognized logistics company.
Orders must be placed before 2:00 p.m. for delivery in 24-48 hours. Make sure someone is present at the delivery address to accept the package.
In the unlikely event that there is a delay, we will always do our best to provide you with an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you confirming that your products are en route. That email will contain a tracking number for the order.
* Working day (that is, from Monday to Friday) that are not holidays.
* The indicated delivery times are only estimates and Peppo and Pets does not guarantee and is not responsible for the delivery time.
* Orders will be delivered by courier between 9 am and 6 pm.
RETURN POLICY
WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Spanish law, the customer has the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which he may return the product received if he finds that it does not meet his expectations.
As established in article 103 d) and e) of the TRLDCU, the exercise of the right of withdrawal on products that may deteriorate or expire quickly will not be admitted. and/or on sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed and/or used after delivery.
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
To do this, you must send an email to guau@peppoandpets.com indicating which items you want to return and the reason for the return. If an item is defective or damaged, please provide details such as photographs. We will notify the transport agency so that they can pick up the package(s).
Please make sure your items are returned new and not used or unsealed. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please note that shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer and will only be reimbursed for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
Return costs Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: 6.95 euros.
5. Items you return must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the buyer.
6. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Peppo and Pets will inspect the item(s) and the return will be made as stated. We will not refund shipping charges unless the items returned were damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
CHANGES
If you wish to make a product exchange, you will need to return the unwanted product and repurchase the new one. You must follow the return policy of the previous point to send us the product you do not want.
RECEIVE A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we cannot influence this.
